Dear Alumni ,

As per the latest developments, I am really sorry to say that we are postponing the 50th anniversary celebration to the month of December, 2016.

The sweltering heat has been a major impediment in operation and execution, moreover it would have been harsh on the gatherings also.

Taking cognisance of Odisha Government notice and the betterment of all, the organizing committee took a decision to postpone the event to the month of December. But that by no way means our resolve has slackened. We will work with more vigor and enthusiasm as we have time in our hands to make it a grand affair.

The Organizing committee is also thankful to the contributors who have contributed for the celebrations and the alumni are requested to contribute as much as they can which they can afford to the celebrations bank account in the SBI, Paradip details of which is already circulated.

MEETING AT BHUBANESWAR

Dear Alumni,

We are just 5 weeks away from conducting our reunion event, in view of that I would like to convene a meeting. I would request all of you who are currently in and around Bhubaneswar, Cuttack , Puri and other nearby areas to kindly attend this meet. If people can come from outside state that would be most welcome. 

I would like to bring this to the attention of my students that it is highly imperative for us to start collecting the funds as soon as possible. Our funds management committee will set up a collection booth then and there itself.It would be most helpful if you can donate the funds as much as possible that day. Requesting all of you to get your donations in an envelope.The meeting would be on FRIDAY dtd15-04-16 at I G PARK, HUBANESWAR (NEAR INDIRA GANDHI STATUE) AT6.00PM. for convenience to everyone.

I am highly optimistic and  expecting to see you all there .

The attached excel file shows the current status of our turnouts. As per the data there are near about 1500 alumnis' who are staying in and around paradip who are yet to give their consent mail to pths.50years@gmail.com.
I request all committee members, volunteers to get in touch with them personally and get them registered as soon as possible.
Since we are about to begin the fund collection , our slogan has to be EACH ONE EVERY ONE.

Again I would like to congratulate 1995 batch who have maximum number of turnouts till date. We all are inspired by you. Carry on.
